About the Author
Kevin Cordeiro was born in New Bedford, Massachusetts and grew up in Dartmouth, Massachusetts. Ever since I was four years old, since I could remember, all I wanted to do was cook. As a little boy I was not interested in racing cars or playing catch. I was interested in pots and pans and being in the kitchen. I love to cook and I share my easy Portuguese recipes from a collection of recipes over the years from relatives and friends. The result is mouthwatering! I share updated versions of popular recipes I grew up with in my Portuguese family. I’ll show you easy dishes that are perfect for every occasion, a weeknight meal, entertaining a crowd or a cozy dinner.
